It’s a recipe for healthy snacks that’s a bit on the sweet side but there’s no need to feel guilty about it.
We’re talking about snack bars.

What you need: 3 cups (200 grams) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (60 grams) sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/3 cup (40 grams) water 2 eggs, lightly beaten 3 cups ice 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp dried oregano For the filling: 1 cup (120 grams) packed brown sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup water 1 tbsp ground cinnamon For the bars: 2 tbsp (15 grams) coconut oil 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp honey For the caramel sauce: 1/8 tsp salt For the toppings: 1 tbsp (2 grams) unsalted butter, melted 3 tbsp (100 grams) heavy cream For the frosting: 1 1/16 cup (180 ml) milk For the topping: 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp fresh rosemary, crushed For the decorating: 1 package of mini ice cream cones for serving (optional) Instructions For the batter: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, and cinnamon.
Add the water and vanilla extract.
Add salt and baking powder and mix well.
Pour the batter into a large mixing bowl.
Pour in the melted butter and the heavy cream and stir until combined.
Gently fold in the pumpkin, pecannons, and water.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Add water if needed.
With a rubber spatula, smooth the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
Pour into the prepared pans.
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes.
(The bars will come out a deep golden brown.)
