Which healthy snack options will you be looking for when it comes to healthy late night snack options?

Health & Fitness Insider reader Josh recently wrote in with some good questions and answers on which healthy snack choices are best when it come to weight loss and health.

Josh shared that he was looking to purchase some of these healthy snacks during the week before he went to bed so he knew that they’d be low in sugar and high in fiber and protein.

He also noted that he likes the combination of fruit, peanut butter, and cheese so he was excited to try some of the other snacks.

Josh also recommended that he keep the energy bars in his refrigerator and keep them close by.

Justin also suggested that he make sure he has enough protein to maintain his body weight and keep him active, which he said is the most important thing.

He said he liked to keep his protein levels around 3 to 4 grams per pound of body weight so that he wouldn’t be feeling sluggish or fatigued.

I like to have a protein shake every day or a protein bar or protein shake, which I mix into my diet with a tablespoon of almond butter or olive oil to make a protein smoothie.

I also mix it into some frozen vegetables.

It’s a good idea to add a protein drink with your meal.

Justin’s favorite snacks for getting started are:Healthier Peanut ButterSnacks for weight loss:Almond butter or coconut oil, water, fruit or berries, and protein shakes.

I love that Justin recommends keeping the protein bar in his fridge as compared to the convenience of a snack machine.
