The ketogenic diet is an effective way to lose weight and keep it off if you want to.
But while it can be a very effective way of getting some low calorie, high fat snacks for the evening, the truth is that most people who are eating keto don’t want to eat low calorie dessert snacks.
Most of us enjoy sweets, and they’re delicious, but they don’t get us to eat.
You want a high-calorie snack that you can eat at work, for dinner, and on the weekend.
So the key to making your own low calorie keto dessert is to use a high fat chocolate and to make it very rich.
This is a great recipe for chocolate cake and it’s not too hard to make.
For this recipe, I used one of my favorite low calorie chocolate desserts, chocolate brownies.
These brownies are packed with flavor, have a very light chocolate texture, and are super easy to make!
You’ll need: 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 ounces butter 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 ounces dark chocolate 1/3 cup heavy cream 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions: Melt cream cheese and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and powdered sugar and stir to combine.
Whisk together the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
Add chocolate and stir until combined.
Stir in the cream cheese mixture and cream cheese until combined and creamy.
Spread the batter on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the cake are set and golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Let cool completely on the baking sheet before slicing.
Recipe Notes For a light cake, add more chocolate chips.
For a rich cake, you can add a few more eggs, but you can also use cream cheese to make this cake even richer.
