By the end of the week, I had spent enough time eating the keto cookies and the Keto snacks to get a little over 100 calories.
That was the first sign that my body was beginning to heal, but it was still not enough to sustain my metabolism.
I felt like I was in an energy race with the clock ticking, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to have enough energy to get through the next day.

But instead, I decided to start doing everything right.
I ate a ton of protein, a ton and a half of vegetables, and a small amount of meat.
My goal was to lose as much weight as possible, and in the process, my energy levels started to improve.
I did the diet and exercise routine right and was able the first time in almost a year to lose a couple pounds.
I began feeling like I could get out of bed and go to work and have a nice meal, and not feel like I needed to go to the gym.
And by the second week, my metabolism was starting at a healthy level, which was a big step for me.
I kept my weight down, and was not getting sick, and my overall health improved.
I really think I feel like this diet helped me stay healthier, too.
After about a month of dieting, I started feeling more energy than I did at the start.
It was very refreshing to feel like my body didn?t need me to exercise to stay in shape.
I think this diet and the rest of my fitness program helped me regain some of that energy that I had gotten rid of after so many months of diet and physical activity.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight, improve their health, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
